User :   I have noticed dark spot inside my cheek forming over the past month

User :   but they taste raw
User :   Sometimes i wake up in the morning and it feels like my cheeks were abrasively rubbing against my teeth and gums

User :   At first i thought it was my teeth rubbing against my cheek cause rough spots

User :   three of the spots have formed in just one week since I noticed the first two spots

User :   haven't seen a dentist in 4 or 5 years
Doctor :   ok, i suggest you to get a biopsy study of the lesion
Doctor :   you may have to visit a surgeon for the same
User :   I don't smoke and only drink on occassion
User :   could it possibly be oral cancer? my family doesn't have a history of any cancers
Doctor :   Biopsy will give you a clear insight
Doctor :   Could be a melanotic naevous but its not the typical site to occur
User :   i looked up the symptoms for cancer and the only ones I have is the rough spots
User :   roughness is what made me look in the mirror to see
Doctor :   yes, do not get biased . Get the biopsy which will clearly rule out the cancers
