User :   I was just curious to see what it felt like if I jerked my head forward kind of hard. I did this about 7 times. Now I am worried of damage that I might have caused, whether it be serious or minor. I am 17 years old. I am just wondering if it is possible that I may have caused damage by these sudden hard head jerks forward. Thank you
