User :   My spouse in 2mnt old pregnant,she is feeling nausea and vomitting senstation ,do u recommend any specific diet
User :   Nausea and vomiting sensation are common symptoms till 12 to 14 weeks of pregnancy
User :   She has to get along with them as tablets should not be taken to control them
User :   Now coming to the diet part, it is as normal as she takes when she was not pregnant
User :   She just had to add, one egg and one bread and one extra glass of milk to the diet she would have taken when she was not pregnant
User :   These add up to 150Kcal extra
User :   which suffices
