User :   i have a 12 female that had a knee x-ray with results that said there is a 2 cm compelx apparent partially cystic lesion that projects at the dorsal aspect of the proximal tibia. Can you tell me what this means?
Doctor :   You have a cyst in the bone.
Doctor :   Does this thing cause any pain or is it recently increasing in size?
User :   It is causing pain more and more frequently. the x-ray report also says the sclerotic margin appears to the thin but somewhat irregular. does this mean osteosarcoma?
