Doctor :   How did this happen?
User :   about 1/2 inch deep or so....
User :   what should I do??
Doctor :   Can You tell me how You got this injury?
User :   the 1x1 inch of flesh is still attached by a thin piece of skin.... i got it when I fell in the shower, my foot hit the water spout and the spout sliced into me.
User :   it literally looks like someone scooped out part of my foot with a spoon. :/
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I would suggest that You wash the wound under clean water
Doctor :   Has it stopped bleeding?
User :   did that, used hydrogen peroxide too.... then just covered it up with toilet paper and athletic team....... not sure if it's stopped bleeding yet.....
Doctor :   I would suggest that You applied an antiseptic to the wound
Doctor :   Do You have dettol?
User :   should I remove the chuck of flesh altogether or leave it in place (kinda like a puzzle piece) and let it try and heal?
User :   no dettol.
Doctor :   I think Tyou should get any antibiotic at the earliest dettol, savlon etc
User :   ok...
Doctor :   and apply it to the wound
Doctor :   to avoid infection
Doctor :   Do not remove the flesh .It may heal by itself
User :   OK
User :   excellent
Doctor :   do contact Your nearest hospital for a tt or tetanus toxoid injection
User :   i do have "mupirocin"...

Doctor :   keep the area clean and dry
User :   2 times daily... ok....
