Doctor :   Both these conditions are chronic conditions.
Doctor :   Let me explain it to you in simple terms.
User :   I see
Doctor :   The condition is not related to her previous uterine fibroids.
Doctor :   Its a problem that is precipitated by excessive straining while passing stools, lack of adequate fibres in her diet, not drinking enough of water or passing hard stools.
Doctor :   Any of these factors may be responsible for her symptoms.
User :   quite possible, I can make out
Doctor :   I shall suggest you few measures that should help her.
User :   sure

Doctor :   2. Increase dietary fibres consumption by adding plenty of vegetables, avoid refined cereal grain products.
Doctor :   3. Add fruits as much as possible in her diet, a minimum of 2 to 6 servings of fruits is necessary.
Doctor :   4. Dietary fibre products are available in any local pharmacy.
