User :   Hi.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   this might take a little bit to type. Bear with me.
User :   About 4 or 5 months ago, I noticed a red painless raised bump on the shaft of my penis. Shortly after I discovered it, I started having burning urination as well. I went into the doctor on two separate occasions and was tested for virtually everything i.e. all the STDs and a urinary tract infection, all of which came up negative... So, knowing I had something, I went to an STD clinic and got tested again, but still negative. So, after about 2 weeks the bump and the burning went away...
User :   but now, I have just noticed a brown spot on my penis (looks like a mole) in the same spot
User :   it's painless, but this time it doesn't hurt to pee...
User :   any insights?
Doctor :   OK
Doctor :   Assuming that you have really done all
Doctor :   the tests for STD
Doctor :   & since they turned out to be negative
User :   they biopsied
User :   and drew blood and I peed in a cup
User :   and they swabbed it
Doctor :   What was the biopsy report?
User :   that was for herpes and it was negative
Doctor :   What about Syphilis tests?
User :   which makes sense to me because it was only one sore and it was painless and dry
User :   they tested twice for syphillis
User :   once from my doctor and once at the STD clinic
Doctor :   Did you come in contact with any sex workers?
User :   prostitutes?
Doctor :   Yes
User :   no
Doctor :   May I know your age?
User :   27
Doctor :   Marital status?
User :   single
Doctor :   Have you had sexual intercourse the recent past?
User :   yes, but with a condom
Doctor :   The mole that you have now developed could be the scar of the lesion that was there
User :   that's sort of what it looked like, it's just odd that I just noticed it now
Doctor :   The burning urination is definitely because of urinary tract infection
User :   oh
Doctor :   In case you get the same lesion ever again, please do repeat the tests for syphylis
User :   I forgot to tell you that when I had the lesion, I did have sex with someone without protection and I did get cut right where the lesion appeared afterwards
User :   sorry before the lesion occured I got cut that is
User :   definitely didn't have sex when I discovered it
Doctor :   The cut lead to infection with the commensal organisms
Doctor :   not necessarily STD
