User :   my wife age 50 is suffering from a problem of heavy negativity.she has lost interest in society and almost in everything.she is not able to sleep.She always thinks that people around her are planning to harm.She is taking depran 10/ petril 0.5 but getting positive results.kindly advise me what to do
