User :   i want to know how to control neagative thoughts
Doctor :   You need to start thinking positively and be at it regularly
User :   how to gain confidence
User :   all the time it wud be not possible
Doctor :   think positively that in itself is confidence boosting.
User :   our mind thinks negatively even if we want it to be positive
Doctor :   and also try Yoga and other activities
User :   i tried yoga, hypnosis...but its of no use
