User :   I just spoke couple minutes back..

User :   about the itching i had for over 5 years in my private area

User :   may be i guess..becuase i use emolene cream..which is the only cream that stop the itching when i apply

User :   excessive i think..because i don't see my brief is wet

Doctor :   There can be various cause of itching as excessive sweating, Yeast infection, any allergy. dryness of the particular area, bacterial infection

User :   o.k..whats the solution by looking at the symptom..

User :   everyday i have to apply the cream to get the sleep

User :   they told me because of sweat.. they told me to wear clothes that give good air flow inside
User :   no applying of soap while taking bath
Doctor :   1)Clean your genitals daily with tea tree oil after adding it in i glass pf water.
Doctor :   2)Wash your undergarments in boiled water
Doctor :   3)do not apply soap to the area.
User :   where can i get the tea tree oil..
User :   is there a cream or soap that does give same relief as tea tree oil
Doctor :   In any body shop ypu can get it.
User :   so is itching because of infection or sweat
Doctor :   I will suggest you to get yourself examined by a dermatologist, it may be that any fungal infection is there which can be confirmed by investigations like scrapings from that area and studying them.
User :   it also done..they took samplings from the thigh area
User :   and sent to lab
Doctor :   If any fungal infection is present then you may require some antihistamines and other medications to control it.
Doctor :   What was the result?
User :   doctor just prescribed me Nizoral cream.
User :   this test has been done in

User :   But Nizoral cream didn't arrest the itching..Only Emolene cream is working

User :   sure..i will do that..
User :   I am sorry..i am used to the terms means the place whey they took the skin sampling

Doctor :   You can get a repeat test also done for the lesions as it has been long since the last test was done and the treatment seems not to be working. You have to be in continuous follow up within the treating doc every 15 days to see the medication effect

User :   Sure..unfortuntely, i was short time in couldn't go to the same doctor
Doctor :   That is why i am recommending you to get it done again, this requires a continuous follow up for the treatment to be effective
