User :   i can feel my pulse in my head all the time

User :   have had clear mri, ct, bloodwork, ekg, etc etc etc

User :   though i do have high bilirubin which im currently under investigation for

User :   no, deep in the head, its not a migraine, its persistent, it literally has not gone away at all, just varied in intensity
Doctor :   Okay it can be caused by cluster headache? also
