User :   I have been on the birth control pill lo-ovra for several years now.I developed a sinus infection and had been taking augmentin (the warning labels said that it may lower the effectiveness of birth control/hormone pills) and needless to say the condom broke and he didn't pull out, i was on day twelve of my augmentin prescription and it had been two days after my period ended. I did go and get the Plan B pill but, i'm not sure if that did any good because wouldn't my augmentin lower the effectiveness of plan b also? I took plan b four days ago and i am still experiencing extreme nausea, breast tenderness, dizzyness, and i am completely worn out. I assume that all of these symptoms are still from plan b, and not from pregnancy; isn't it to early to tell? Should i continue taking my birth control pills? Is there anyway i can stop my pills now to see if my period sets in? thank you
