User :   Good Afternoon....... I have these small rashes on my back from past 3-4 months. Before that I never had any problem and my back was very clear.
Doctor :   itcing or redness
User :   it doesnt itch nor it is red...... they r very small in size and they become dry very soon... sometimes i get pimple on back also.... all these is taking place only from passt 3-4 months

User :   ya i am 23 years old, I am working as a HR. I normallly wear cotton clothes. They are always washed and ironed also.
Doctor :   Do u sweat excessivle?
User :   no not at all.... Infact I hardly sweat...

User :   No, i thought it was just minor. But i think now i have to visit a doctor, as i thought it would just stay for sometime

Doctor :   Are u suffering from any other medical problems parallely?
Doctor :   Are u taking any medication for any other health problem in the past 3-4 months?
User :   No there is no itching as such, but they become dry. Generallly my skin is very dry. No i am not taking any other medication except sometimes i use retino as i get these small pimples below the neck

Doctor :   Do u have same dry skin in other areas of your body also, or is it restricted to your bck?
User :   Ya retino a i think.... my whole body skin is dry and i am using a cream called M cream...
User :   it is done by a dermatologist in his clinic... when i went to him he suggested that for my body and i am using it for 3-4 years now.

Doctor :   The probable problem could be eczema
Doctor :   or contact dermatitis
Doctor :   They are quite harmless
User :   k.... where can i contact a dermatitis... even i feel they are quiet harmless... but just dont feel good about it so.

User :   K.... then i will visit a doctor for this. Whom can I visit for this problem

Doctor :   ppl get acne on back instead of face
Doctor :   at this is the age for it
User :   No nothing jus plain... but sometimes i ge those pus ones...i get below my neck also they have pus sometimes.... but how come on my back all of a sudden

Doctor :   sweat glands or sebaceous glands which get blocked due to various reasons
Doctor :   which are infected by the bodily bacteria and cause much more problems
