User :   i change my house previous 1 month back, til now i used indian toilet

Doctor :   Since you do not have any associated symptoms and you pass a little hard stool, you may be suffering from simple constipation.

Doctor :   Yes, sudden change of bowel habits and lifestyle (including change in the commode) can be a factor.
Doctor :   A few suggestions that will be useful are

Doctor :   1. Drinking plenty of water after every meal. Atleast 2 litres of water per day is a must.
Doctor :   2. Taking plenty of fibre rich food products such as fruits and vegetable.

Doctor :   3. Laxative such as Syp Cremaffin 2 tsp at night time before you sleep.

Doctor :   4. These measure will help in treating making the stools more bulky and soft and aid in its easy passage.
Doctor :   Over a period of few days, once you get accustomed to the western commode, you can slowly taper off these laxatives.
