User :   ok 2 weeks ago i had a very abnormal bowel movement i had been having problems passing a bowel too to its large size while at the movie theatre it would now wait any longer and my body forced it out ripping my anus slightly what came out was a handball sized bowel that was very hard now i know this is due to the fact im on morphine. the problem is for the past 2 weeks i have had the same problem another large bowel that will not come out everytime i try to pass it my body tightens up and will not allow it to come out i have tried stool softener and other things but my problem is not that i cant defecate its that the bowel movement is so large it is stuck what can be done i am afraid to go to the er because all they will do is administer an enema and force my body to push it out like i said its not that i cant go its that this thing is too large what do i do? help please
