For more than a month or two i have a prob of coughing continuously when i have ma lunch or dinner and wen im going to bed
i won be able to eat properly. I hav to sip water every time.
This not oly happens wen i hav food but often i get this cough.
Is it associated with any phlegm production?
Im not sure. I get dry cough. And it also happens wen i hav dry throat or wen i do continuous workouts.

yeah always i hav a sensation of burning sensation

The cough is related to gastroesophageal reflux
and i also feel lik theres a lump or somethin in ma throat.

Eat small, frequent meals

dont eat late at night
Avoid spicy or oily food
A drug called omeprazole will help you a lot
But its a prescription drug

actually a valve guards the lower end of the food pipe
when something goes wrong with the valve
food goes into the esophagus
this causes the burning sensation
