User : I'm 50 and in generaly good health. I've known about my hepetitus C for 17 years. I probably contracted it in 1976. I get my blood tested every 6 months with normal enzime levels. I went on a binge of beer drinking for a few weeks and now I'm having dry heaves at random times throughout the day for 3 or 4 days. I haven't drank anything after this started happening. Can this be an early sign of liver failure?
