User :   I seem to always start coughing every time I have the urge to have a bowel movement. Is this a sign of irritable bowel syndrome?
Doctor :   Since when are you having this complaint?
User :   For about a year now
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Any other symptoms like bowel disturbances?
User :   It feels like the bile is trying to come up instead of go out
Doctor :   Do you have nausea?
User :   Sometimes it feels like I don't finish and then as soon as I eat, I have to go to the bathroom
User :   No nausea
Doctor :   Since when is this complaint?
User :   I've had all these symptoms for about a year. I've had ultrasounds because and I was diagnosed with acid reflux but I don't think this is acid reflux

Doctor :   Was there any finding in the ultrasound?
User :   only that I had acid reflux. no blockage or anything
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Did you do any other testing?
User :   no
Doctor :   Ok.

Doctor :   chronic diarrhea, constipation, or a combination of both
