User:I am having problem with cold, throat pain and tiredness from yesterday evening
User:This is the initial stage what type of tablets i can take
Doctor:You should do salt water gargling
Doctor:and steam inhalation
Doctor:and see if it gets any better
User:and also i am having light fever
Doctor:generally most of these colds and throat problems are viral infections
Doctor:if this doesn't get any better in two days time
User:okay then wat can i do
Doctor:then you should consult your doctor to see if it is viral or bacterial
User:okay thanks
Doctor:if it bacterial you will need some antibiotics
User:i had juice and curd rice twice yesterday and i taken head bath also
Doctor:and if the fever goes up considerably during these two days you can take a paracetamol tablet
Doctor:juice, curd rice, and head bath do not have any effect whatsoever
