User:hi my issue is
User:am suffering from a bad bout of cold
User:since day before nite
User:actually has worsened since yest
User:sore throat, running nose, slight body ache
User:no fever
Doctor:did u have any travel related activity ?
User:have had one certizine day before, 2 yest and one in the morn today
User:no i think the fan is the cause
User:i get these once every 3 months

User:i need something that will fix it asap since the cold really saps me and i need to get back to work XXXXXXX
User:no cough- slight sometimes
User:main is nose block at nite- dry and sore throat and running nose
User:i am working from home today to avoid the AC at work

Doctor:this is a saline drops, which will help to clear the nose

User:is that ok?
