User :   I am 31 weeks pregnant and think that I have a cold. I have severe congestion and can not breathe through my nose. I have taken 24 hour claritan once today, about 1 pm, so it has been about 12 hours. It is not working and I would like to know if there is anything that I can do or take so that I can sleep.
