User :   doctor the aituation is not improving a bit, water coming from nose like tapwater, and inside nose is also feeling very very itchy

User :   but i just wanted to know can i pls also take clarinase, as thats the only tablet thatrevreses the watery cycle so quickly. but then it will cause congestion in chest. what to do

and every day in morning and in the evening take salt water steam inhalation

User :   right now my medicines are : Fexidine tab, nasonax spray and artho... antibiotics and a syrup called Resyl (guaifenesin). So what you are sayin i should also add clarinase, right?
User :   OR i should bear the pain, take off from work tomorrow and if nothing improves within another 24 hrs then follow the clarinase ( i wanted to avoid taking office off).

User :   doctor (just for your info) i had this situation since last 10 days as you know. and i did take clarinase for 3 days before when it stopped the runny nose but yes i was not taking the other medicines side by side, so that wil be th diff this time right?
