User : i go for phsio.. once in a while...

User : it is beneficial for some days.. but then the pain returns
User : i travel a lot

User : some 1 year now.. on and off

User : 5feet 3 inch... 54 kgs... female

Doctor : in your travel- do you use a two wheeler for long times?
User : no.. only luxury cars...
Doctor : do you work on a computer for long hours?
User : i also use a neck support while travelling
User : yes... i work on my laptop... 3-4 hours a day
Doctor : how did this pain start- did you sustain any injury?
User : no inujry....
Doctor : is the pain stationary at the neck- or does it move?
User : my physio doc has advised MRI
User : but i have not gone for it yet

User : Neck only.. but i also get a headache.. if left unattended
Doctor : any tingling/ numbness in your shoulder/ hands- any loss of grip- or any similar problems?
User : no...
Doctor : How long have you been to physiotherapy- continuously? do you do the exercises the physio has taught you regularly?
User : i go for the physio weekly... missing in between, if there is no pain...
User : the doc had advised some exercises but i seldom do them
Doctor : do you have any other health problems? e.g. asthma/ any allergies- etc?
User : allergeis no.... ashtama - yes
Doctor : ok- have you been put on any a course of steroids for an asthma attack anytime/ if yes have you been put on many courses?
