User :   I believe I am in a viscious circle as these liver problems have caused a lot of stress
User :   and thats because the doctor mentioned chronic liver disease due to the abnormal cells
Doctor :   well you do have been in lot of stress lately i can see that
Doctor :   but one good thing is that all your important tests have come out normal
Doctor :   that really helps us to rule out any serious condition
User :   Ok so what may be causing the drowsiness and abnormal cells?
Doctor :   let us today concentrate on your level of stress and anxiety
Doctor :   and these are the conditions that can cause drowsiness and stress also is a strong indicator
User :   Ok and can stress increase the bilirubin levels?

Doctor :   how is your hemoglobin level >?
User :   it is 14.7
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   now coming on to stress
Doctor :   Stress affects our body in the same way as the food we eat. It can be defined as a state manifested by a specific syndrome that consist of all the non-specifically induced changes within a biological system.
Doctor :   Any condition that harms the body or cells damages or causes the death of a few or many cells is termed as stress.
Doctor :   The body tries to repair the damaged cells but sometimes the rebuilding of cells is not able to keep co-ordination with the destruction as a result the condition of stress occurs.
Doctor :   now let me advice you few techniques you can follow for proper stress management
User :   Just before you do
Doctor :   sure tell me
User :   Can the target cells be seen in normal individuals?
User :   Or does this means that there is definatley something wrong?>
Doctor :   yes some records have shown the presence of target cells in healthy normal individual as well
Doctor :   see these cells are just a marker
Doctor :   thats why we have extensive tests after that
Doctor :   presence of target cells does not DEFINITELY means you have a problem
Doctor :   its a way we follow to other tests which you have already gone thru
User :   So do you think that it's just coincidence that i have these cells as well as high bilirubin? Or would they occur in conjunction with one another and be part of the same condition?
Doctor :   yes and moreover your young age actually makes you a unlikely candidate of a serious disorder
User :   Is Gilberts syndrome most likely then?
Doctor :   i was going to that , as it is a stress induced syndrome
Doctor :   and a very common and benign condition
Doctor :   i dont want you to be worrying about it as it will only make things worst for you
Doctor :   as for the stress
Doctor :   maintain a healthy diet
User :   I have and also exercising daily
Doctor :   dont push your self
Doctor :   take a break and be positive
Doctor :   i suggest you should take a yoga class
User :   ok
Doctor :   Social support is a major factor in how we experience stress. Social support is the positive support you receive from family, friends, and the community. It is the knowledge that you are cared for, loved, esteemed, and valued.
