User :   Few of the most common varieties of chronic headaches are Migraine headaches and tension headache.
User :   You are probably suffering from one of these condition causing you the frequent headaches.
User :   In both the conditions, the treatment is the same,
User :   Migraine headaches are little more difficult to treat and can occur in the family, while tension headaches don't have such serious implications.
User :   Except for this difference no other gross difference exist between the 2.
User :   With these details/facts, I shall explain you about the treatment options you have
User :   please
User :   1. When under severe pain, you can use medical drugs such as Tablet dolo 650mg one tablet or one tablet of Ibuprofen 200mg or 400mg.
User :   These medications are excellent pain relieving medications for chronic headaches.
User :   Use the medications as soon as you feel that you are going to have the headaches.

User :   actually i even face regular gastric problem sir
User :   This can be done by simple lifestyle and diet modifications
User :   If you have gastritis problem, I suggest that you try the first medication more often then Ibuprofen when in pain
User :   Now the preventing option are
User :   yeah

User :   Bye for now and have a great weekend!!
User :   thanks, but before ending is going for CT scan advisable.
User :   The role of CT scan is controversial in this circumstance.
User :   Some neurologist believe that CT scan can rule out other intracranial conditions that can mimick such headaches.
User :   and treatment can be done if such conditions are diagnosed earlier.
User :   While some believe that since the headaches are classical of chronic headaches, CT scan is just waste of money and unnecessary exposure to radiation.
User :   Hence I shall leave this choice to you.
User :   You can get a CT scan if you are anxious and want to make sure that no such major intracranial lesion co exists.
User :   Have you followed?
