User :   HI I'm suffering from a chronic back pain.
User :   I've consulted few doctors but noone is able to tellme proper anwer.

Doctor :   What is your nature of Work and how do you Commute
User :   I'm a xxxxx, and as i'm in this profession from last 10 months, the pain episode are frequent.
User :   Previously the pain was not so frequent, but it occurs frequently.
Doctor :   do you use a Bike or travel in Car
Doctor :   Any other portion other than your lower Back that Hurts
User :   I use bike. no other place only the lower most portion of back, in center.
User :   I'm afraid of disk problem, as one doctor said it is, but now I consulted a orthopediac, he said its just strain.
Doctor :   Have you consulted an Orthopedician in this regard before to rule out any Disc related issues

Doctor :   there are Back exercises that you can do for 15 XXXXXXXX day and they will yield good results
Doctor :   Lye down on your Back and With your Shoulders placed Firmly on the Floor Try to arch your Body Up With your Foot forming the Firm on the otherend

Doctor :   and once in this position try to arch your Back High up trying to form a Bow
User :   it pains, if I try to bend forward.
Doctor :   Try lifting both your Legs above with your back on to the Ground simultaneously
Doctor :   Have you got X-Ray or an MRI done to Rule out Slip Disc
User :   not yet, for that reason only I consulted a Ortho-surgeon, he ruled out the possibility as he examined me by bending in all directions
Doctor :   Yes it can be ruled out by examinations alone but since you are having persisting kind of pain i would suggest you to get the MRI of Lower back done Since even X-Ray might not be Conclusive enough it will be needed.

User :   ya just one thing, is it ok to take painkiller with MR combination

User :   currently I'm usng imesulide with tizanidine.
User :   No not hooking kind of but once or twice a week
