User :   Hi I am 23 years old and female and have asthma since the age of 6. I used my albuterol in the past 3 hours, about 4 times. About 45 minutes ago I used my flovent and foradil inhalors together. I am having a lot of lung pain (in my back) as well as rapid heartbeat, etc. I don't know if I should go to the hospital or if this will pass. I wanted to know what I should do.
Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hi!
Doctor :   Dr here
Doctor :   Let me read what you have typed
User :   Ok, thanks. I always use my flovent and foradil together.
Doctor :   Is this the first time you are experiencing these symptoms of pain?
User :   Honestly I think I have had this a little bit through the years with asthma and using the inhalors, but not this bad.
User :   It has gotten better in the past hour, but I still have the weird back pain where I think my lungs are.
Doctor :   Do you have any other problrm other than this?
User :   No, my heartbeat is a little high, but being on singulair for asthma and the flovent and foradil, its normally that way. Im still al ittle shaky but that not bad. It's mostly just the pain in my lungs. I recently moved and have been breathing in some cleaning stuff here and there, too.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   You need to get yourself examined by a stethoscope properly also your heart is to be auscultated.
User :   Ok, so perhaps a visit to the ER?
Doctor :   I will advise you to see your treating doc and get a proper examination done to see if any infection has spread up.
User :   Okay, is that something that you think can wait until tomorrow? Or should I go now? I'd have to go to the hospital it's 11pm here, which I can do.
Doctor :   It will be better to go now and do not wait as the pain may worsen till morning. and you may require intravenous drips.
User :   Okay thank you so much for the help, I appreciate it.
Doctor :   All the best
Doctor :   Take Care
User :   Thanks, you too!
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me, bye for now
User :   Bye!
