User :   my 16 month old hit her head (back of the head) on the glass table. she fell from the arm chair onto the table around 9:30pm. an hour later she vomited. are this 2 related? should i seek help?
what are the signs that would tell me something is wrong?

Doctor :   observe her, see if any changes are visible. if she vomits again or has dizziness, blurry vision, take her for immediate examination

Doctor :   give ice compression to the area of hurt if it is painful to touch or if swelling develops
Doctor :   yes, a bruise or general change with redness or purplish tinge in scalp skin

Doctor :   yes. it will be needed to examine her and see if there is any raised intracranial pressure (increased pressure inside skull)
