Ok. Mr. XXXXXXX I will need to get some details to see what problems your daughter might be having.
You have said that your daughter is having cold and cough since 1 week. Since Sunday she is having loose motions too.
she has dry cough n her noise is blocked
she breadth in high pitch
ya loose motions to
so what medicine should i put to reduce
Since it has started one week back, it needs to be examined.
oh k doctor
Few blood tests and chest Xray may be required.
Whether these tests are required can be determined only after a physical examination of the baby.
oh k thank you doctor
The loose motion you were mentioning also has to get evaluated.
Please make sure she does not become dehydrated.
so what should i do
She has to be fed well regularly.
oh k doctor
ya my wife is feeding her reguraly
That is good.
doctor wht do u mean by lactose intolerance.
Lactose is the sugar content in milk. Some children may not be able to digest that sugar properly.
That condition is called Lactose intolerance.

In short, your daughter needs to be evaluated by a pediatrician. Blood test, stool test and X-ray may be required. Until then, make sure she is fed well.
