Doctor :   nO CAN you please retype it again
User :   I asked about my drs diagnosis of chest wall inflammation. The pain starts right under my breasts, goes all the way down to my waist and radiates all the way around my back from my shoulder blades and completely down to my waist. Is this wide a pain area possibly caused by chest wall inflammation?
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   let me read your query
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   can you describe your pain to me ?
Doctor :   Is it a burning in nature ?
User :   aching burning
Doctor :   Does the pain come on when there is direct pressure on the affected site ?
User :   pressure sensitive - can't stand a bra - but pain there even when not being touched
Doctor :   Any cough, shortness of breath, fever, body pain, lethargy, etc ?
Doctor :   May I know your age , weight ?
User :   outside of the described symptoms, no - except of course the pain takes away energy
User :   66 - 5'11" - 250lbs
Doctor :   What about deep pressure on the affected site, does it increase the pain?
Doctor :   Do you have any rash ?
User :   no - he already eliminated shingles
Doctor :   good then
Doctor :   then i feel your symptoms are suggestive of inflammatory condition, affecting the superficial skin
User :   pressure increases pain but on the back in a good way
Doctor :   Any itching ?
User :   no
Doctor :   DO you sweat a lot , any redness below your breasts?
User :   no more than usual in this humid hot climate - redness below my breasts and below my stomach "sack" but that from the moisture getting trapped - i use cornstarch for that
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   THEN your all your current symptoms are suggestive of inflammation of the chest wall .
Doctor :   as suggested by your physician
User :   ok - so chest wall inflammation can go all the way around the back?
Doctor :   yes, its just inflammation of the superficial skin
Doctor :   and it can affect any length of the body
User :   well it sure doesn't feel superficial - hurts like hell!
Doctor :   I understand,.
User :   thanks
Doctor :   Pain in the skin, feels more as there are more receptors in the skin
Doctor :   than in the other part of the body
Doctor :   You are welcome
