User :   I had a surgery two years back

Doctor :   what surgery is it
User :   due to accumulation of mucus in my bronchi
Doctor :   ok
User :   some mucus had dried and percolated into my pulmonary capillaries
Doctor :   what is the name of surgery
User :   so I underwent broncial endoscopy and transesophageal echocariography to clear it

User :   but I have been experiencing similar chest pains of late
