Doctor :   Please go ahead.
User :   I started on the 29th of this month it was 2 days late
Doctor :   Ok
User :   within the last two days it is barely there and I don't need a tampon or a pad
Doctor :   Ok
User :   and no symptoms of my period, should I be worried and take a pregnancy test
User :   it will just come and go
Doctor :   Ok
User :   ?
Doctor :   May I ask you a few more questions pertaining to your problem?
User :   yes
Doctor :   May I know your age please ?
User :   I'm 27
Doctor :   Have you ever had delayed menstrual periods, by one or two days or a bit irregular in your menstrual history ?
User :   in december I was about maybe a week late
Doctor :   Ok
User :   prior to that I would be pretty regular
Doctor :   Now it is late by 3 days if I am not wrong as your menstruation has to start by Jan 29th. ?
Doctor :   And it is Feb 1st today.
User :   I got it on the 29th but was supposed to get it on the 26th
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Ok
User :   It has never been this irregular, thats why I'm concerned
Doctor :   Let me put in a nutshell and let me tell you some steps to releive your tension : User :   ok
Doctor :   1. Please go ahead and do a Urine Strip test for pregnancy as even after an abortion or MTP (Medically Terminated Pregnancy) you test positive for next 3 days due to the HCG hormonal levels in the blood.
Doctor :   2. If it is positive twice in the early morning stream of urine than you need to see a Gynecologist.
User :   So I should go buy a test? when could I do that
User :   Still spotting here and there
Doctor :   3. two consecutive days, tomorrow and day after.
Doctor :   4. Before that were you sexually active in the last fortnight or so ?
User :   a few weeks ago I was
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   My body has been aching alot could that be a sign to get tested
User :   also
Doctor :   You sometimes might get a stream free from spootting , please try to do a test then.
User :   oh ok. I'll do that tomorrow. I had a free spot stream lil bit ago
Doctor :   Ok, Where do you think is the aching, all over the body or in the lower abdomen ?
User :   my whole back, all over basically
Doctor :   Or anywhere specifically ?
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   5. Secondly, Your untimely periods and untimely spotting could also be due to sometimes a low blood hemoglobin level or poor rehydration or due to lot of stress or strain in work or hormonal upheavels or any emotional upsets
Doctor :   Do you suspect any of these factors undrelying the symptoms ?
User :   my hemoglobin is fine had a test in that. I just got over a break up, but not letting it get to me so I won't stress out and it helped
Doctor :   That is good.
User :   So just taking a test would be the best thing to do right now
Doctor :   Please follow the steps that I have advised you and in a day or two we shall know the outcome.
User :   Thank you so much.
Doctor :   PLease be emotionally strong and have lots of fruits, veggies and water and juices and keep a good exercise regimen.
User :   you have been helpful to me
User :   I will do that
Doctor :   Take care, bye for now.
Doctor :   Thank you foe consulting me.
User :   same to you.
User :   yes
User :   yes
Doctor :   Sorry for the caps
Doctor :   If your urine test is poitive please go for an ultrasound scan and consult a gynec.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Take care , bye.
User :   thank you
