Doctor :   The malignant transformation of a colonic pulp depends on the type of pulp and its histological findings.
Doctor :   Few form of pulps have high chances of malignant transformation while few have almost never change to malignant varieties.
Doctor :   However, its difficult to predict which one will transform and the time it may take for the transformation to occur.
User :   pk well i mean if it does become cancerous will it take 1 year or 5 years 10 years to become cancerous

User :   ok let me ask you this doctor i had a colonoscopy in 2007 and was ok can cancer develop in this amount o time

Doctor :   According to description of your symptoms, I do not feel that you may be having colonic cancer.

Doctor :   However, I would suggest you to continue with regular colonoscopy.
User :   sometimes my hemoriods bleed when i push can that cause it
