User :   My wife delivered a baby 3 months back, she went through a ceserian delivery

User :   Currently she has a severe pain in right hand . she cannot fold her fingers easily

User :   pain is also in wrist bone and shoulder
User :   is this because of the surgery

Doctor :   Is she able to grip things using her right hand, such as gripping a pen to sign, holding a spoon or comb?
User :   generally whole body aches
User :   yes she can do that .. but she finds difficult during night
User :   she has joined back her job recently

Doctor :   Does she have any other medical illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems?

Doctor :   Let me explain to you.
Doctor :   A cervical problems such as spondylitis can present with neck pain with pain radiating down the limb. In some people the radiating pain are immensely felt at the elbow, wrist and back of the shoulders.
Doctor :   Sensory disturbances such as tingling and numbness is also associated with this problem when the nerves carrying sensation are affected by this neck problem.
Doctor :   It seems like your wife is suffering from this problem.
Doctor :   A couple of blood test, X ray of the cervical spine and probably an MRI scans of the neck may be needed to confirm this.
Doctor :   You can consult an orthopedician or a spine surgeon. A physical examination can validate my opinion.
Doctor :   If needed the test can then be done later.
Doctor :   As far as treatment is concerned,
Doctor :   pain relieving medications, physiotherapy, heat compresses, neck support using a neck collar and other methods will help.
Doctor :   Rarely severe cases may need surgical treatment.
