User :   i have a question about my dad's surgery. he had a cervical spine fusion almost a month ago and he is having a lot of problems

Doctor :   plz provide his age, occupation
User :   45, transportation (truck driver)

User :   he is choking a lot, like he has had 2 other cervical fusions before and he has never had this problem
User :   also, when he sneezes he has to hold on to his neck in fear that he will jerk, or disrupt that new fusion
