User :   I often have high esnophil count of 10-12% every year, what could be the cause. I also feel breathlessness sometimes

User :   I took an xray before it showed infiltrates, but everything was normal, I also had a CAT scan on recommendation of a chest specialist, but he could not find anything

User :   Yes, that was always the case to control my esnophils, but usually it does not work, I also take a deworming tablet, bu that too has no effect

User :   okay how ling should be the anitbotic course be
Doctor :   Take a five day course of 625 mg thrice daily
Doctor :   But require prescription for the same

User :   Okay i have also noticed that when my esnophil count goes down my breathlessness also stops
Doctor :   Other wise might have mild headaches /metallic taste in mouth/ nausea / vomitting these are rare and few will face these

Doctor :   Start avoiding dust enviornment start using masks if so
Doctor :   And avoid smoking/ second hand smoke( passive)
Doctor :   And during cold weather alwasys use protective clothiing
