User :   The following is USG report: UTERUS & ADNEXAE : Is bulky, anteverted. Myometrium echopattern is homogenous.No focal lession is seen. Endometrial echo (8mm) thick and is in midline. Uterus measures 10.2cmx 4.3cmx 5.0cm
A cystic lesion showing internal debris is seen in right adnexa measuring 7.1cmx 5.9cm in size
Left ovary is normal in size, shape and outline.
The above is the report of my wife who is 47 years old and has two daughters.
I am a homoepathy practitioner and needs you kind advise and guidelines.
Your valued advise will certainly help me out of worries.
She has heavy bleeding during her periods for the last few months.
