User :   Ya, he told me, it is due to stree & told to do exercise, which i did not do

Doctor :   4. Like your previous doctor told, the symptoms could just be stress and psychogenic factor related.
Doctor :   With the help of physical examination, Xray's or scans, it's difficult to predict which among the above cause could be the likely cause of pain.

Doctor :   however you will need the following measures.
Doctor :   1. A physical examination by a doctor/spine surgeon or an orthopedician.

Doctor :   These 2 tests are necessary.
Doctor :   Apart from this, you will need the following.
Doctor :   3. pain killers such as tablet Ibuprofen 400mg whenever the pain is severe
Doctor :   4. Physiotherapy along with back strengthening exercises.
Doctor :   5. If the exercises are not able to control your pain, then doctor may suggest you with
Doctor :   moist heat therapy, ultrasound therapy and so on.

Doctor :   In severe cases, back infections may be necessary( at this point of the time, I do not think all this will be necessary).
Doctor :   Yes, you can join the gym, ask your trainer to suggest you few back strengthening exercises.
Doctor :   You may do these exercises regularly, except for times when
Doctor :   you feel that the pain is severe.
Doctor :   5. If your occupation involves sitting on a chair for a long time,
Doctor :   then you using a proper chair, regular occupation exercises may also necessary.
Doctor :   6. Lastly, apart from these, regular destressing measures in the form of meditation, yoga and exercises will be necessary.

Doctor :   Back pain is usually a chronic problem which is caused by multiple reasons.
Doctor :   As mentioned earlier, more than one factors may be responsible for the pain that you are suffering.

Doctor :   Hence, it may be necessary that you practice few of the measures such as back exercises, destressing measures, with calcium and vitamin D diet, if not strictly, but regularly.
