Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   I am Dr. xxxx
User :   i wanted to continue talking about my previous case
Doctor :   It would be better if you can describe me in detail
User :   i cant copy and paste it in here?
Doctor :   Is it about your tremor in your arms and leg
User :   yes
Doctor :   I am going through your previous conversation with the previous doctor
User :   its weird i have full function of my arm when its pins and needles (no feeling in arm) but when the normal feeling comes back it starts up again
Doctor :   Actually this is really a tough clinical scenario to be answered online and you have to understand my limitations of no examination
Doctor :   Already you were seen by many other neurologists and spine surgeon, so I am at loss of most important data, clinical examination
User :   what about the pins and needles thing that i mentioned earlier
Doctor :   This is quite an unusual scenario to be functional during paresthesias of pins and needles
Doctor :   I have one question though
User :   ok
Doctor :   Are you not able to work with your hands if there are no pins and needle sensation
User :   i only have control 100% of my right hand i can use my left but when im using it it is week/stiff and shakes during action
Doctor :   So are you typing with left one alone now?
User :   no my right one
User :   it sounds to me that it could be blood circulation
Doctor :   The disc herniation in the cervical vertebra are to wards the right side
Doctor :   the pins and needles are also on the right side
User :   there are actually three disc herniations touching the cord slightly the right hand/arm is ok normal but the problem is left side
Doctor :   Is the cervical spine Xray taken to rule out Cervical rib pathology on the left side>?
Doctor :   If it is blood circulation, then then the left arm should be pale and you when you try to work with the left one you have pain which is excruciating
Doctor :   which you have not reported
Doctor :   hence the blood circulation is virtually ruled out
User :   what is rib pathology
Doctor :   There is an extra cervical rib which tries to hinder with the arm movements and cause pins and needles
Doctor :   the length of the rib is more, more symptoms
Doctor :   OFcourse even in this there is compromise of blood circulation if the length of it is more
Doctor :   IT is not typically seen on MRI
Doctor :   but seen on Xray if specifically looked for
Doctor :   Any try of that is done by your doctor?
