User :   I am having head reeeling every day and more acute in the morning. Kindly advise what test need to be done.

User :   Specially in the morning I am having head reeling followed by vomiting. After vomiting it becomes normal. Some times vomiting is not there but after 15 minutes head reeling vanishes.
Doctor :   please provide your age, gender, height, weight, details of past medical illness and treatment if any.
Doctor :   do you have associated symptoms like chest burning sensation, upper stomach discomfort, belching, burping, nausea, flatulence?

User :   I have chest burning sensation , uper stomach discomfort, flaulence

Doctor :   then head reeling could be related to the increased intracranial pressure which gets relieved with the vomiting
Doctor :   the symptoms in morning could be attributed to the gastritis
Doctor :   which in severe stages can lead to symptoms that you are faced with

User :   I am taking medicine to reduce blood pressure.
User :   I am taking olmez 40
Doctor :   when was your last BP checked? what was the reading?
Doctor :   are you regular on BP medivcations?
Doctor :   uncontrolled BP can also lead to headaches and vomiting
User :   4 months ago. BP is now 126/80
User :   yes regular on BP medication
Doctor :   i would recommend you to go ahead with BP check again, and follow these instructions
Doctor :   1) avoid spicy/oily/fatty food
Doctor :   2) do not leave stomach empty for more than 3 hours except when you are sleeping
Doctor :   3) Take tab Prilosec 20 mg 2 times a day for a week and see if symptoms improve
Doctor :   if not better in 3-5 days, then have a check done with a gastroenterologist
Doctor :   4) avoid taking citrus fruits, tea, coffee, and veg like potato,cauliflower,cabbage
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?

User :   Is there anything wrong with Brain. Does it need scan.
