User :   hi
Doctor :   May I know your age?
User :   23
Doctor :   Since when have you noticed this?
Doctor :   Do you practise safe sex?
User :   6 months or more ago
Doctor :   Do you have any symptoms such as itching, burning sensation, pain, ulcers. warts?
User :   not always. i have a partner now and i decided to get checked out
User :   no symptomns
User :   no just one red spot on my foreskin. it usually gets redder after sexual activity.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Since I cannot perform an examination, i cannot predict the exact cause,
Doctor :   however based on the symptoms, it probably looks like an local reaction.
Doctor :   But the chances of infection has to be ruled out.
Doctor :   This can be possible by an examination alone.
Doctor :   hence I suggest you to see your doctor for evaluation.
User :   what is a local reaction? its like a red outter ring, and white colour in middle. im goin to get checked out in 2 days.
Doctor :   I mean to say a skin reaction to events such as friction.
Doctor :   However I suggest that you get a physical examination to rule the possible chances of infection.
User :   thanks. my girlfriend has had cole sores recently and thinks i might have herpese.
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   no. that is it. so you reckon i can rule out any serious sexual transmitted disease?
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Bye for now.
