User :   My Wife just got back from a trip to Jamaica. A couple of day later she started having unusual vaginal bleeding but we thought nothing of it even though she had ended her period just 2 weeks before. A week later (2 weeks after getting back from Jamaica), which is tonight, she told me that she has a sharp pain right at her tail-bone and has not been about to defecate in about 4-5 days.
