User :   its my 4 year old son.. about 2 weeks ago he developed a lump oh his finger beneath the nail area.. antibiotic cream did not work as another one appeared on a different finger on a different hand. the doctor prescribed penicillin. he finished the course and the lumps started to go away but now look as though they are coming back.. raised and red.. plus he has two soft lumps either side of the soft bit at the back of the head
