User :   I'm a 20 year old male, who has been training regularly at the gym and running for the past few months. I've never had any medical conditions to take care of.
However, my blood pressure readings are 147/67, so I wonder if there is any risk in me having high blood pressure, since online sources normally puts high blood pressure as above above 139/89.
Does age or other factors have anything to do with this?
