User :   hi lately im feeling dizzy like im going to fall can it be from the ear

User :   3 days ago but today it got worst

User :   no only i feel imbalane on the left side of the head

User :   when i woke up from the bed my head got spinning

User :   then i held with the door and after awhile i felt good but now im feeling the dizziness again

Doctor :   now what i want you to do is that you need to go to a physician for a physical examination

Doctor :   there are 3 main causes
Doctor :   Eyes, which help you determine where your body is in space and how it's moving
Doctor :   Sensory nerves, which send messages to your brain about body movements and positions
Doctor :   Inner ear, which houses sensors that help detect gravity and back-and-forth motion
Doctor :   and you will undergo few tests to pinpoint the cause
Doctor :   usually if you are healthy
Doctor :   its usally a self limiting condition
Doctor :   which will go by it self

User :   even if its not hurting?
Doctor :   or maybe drop in blood pressure
Doctor :   so till you go see a physician do the following
Doctor :   Change your position slowly, especially when going from a lying or sitting position to a standing position. When you get out of bed, sit on the side of the bed for a few seconds to gain your orientation and allow your circulatory system to adjust.
Doctor :   When walking, focus on distant objects. Do not look down at your feet. Avoid walking in dark areas or on unstable ground. Falls at home occur when the floor covering changes from carpet to tile or linoleum.

Doctor :   When riding in a car, try to sit in the front seat. Look out the window at a fixed point. When going around curves, look at a distant object beyond the curve.
Doctor :   Try to avoid keeping the head tilted back for long periods of time, for example painting or dusting above your head.
Doctor :   you need to be careful and you do need to see a physician
