User :   Could spinning (bicyling) Have made my l5/l4/s1 degenerative disc disease much worse? I can barely walk after getting off the bike now

User :   so cycling could make the L5/S1 compression worse?
Doctor :   also depends on the bike ,it should be ones with gears to ease the peddling in different inclines
User :   spinning is done on a stationary bike
Doctor :   stationary bike may not pose such a problem , but its better to avoid
User :   You dont write very good english, so I am guessing you are not familiar with spinning or even exactly what I am asking are you?
