User :   I have ache chills headache and yet am sweating

User :   yes
User :   at the same time am having chills
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms such as nasal congestion, vomiting, loose stools,

User :   yeap loose stool and nasal congestion
User :   no burning sensation
Doctor :   Have you seen a doctor or tried any medications?
User :   paracetamol
User :   no doctor yet
User :   just got ill yesterday
Doctor :   Do you have any other medical illness such as diabetes/hypertension?
User :   no. no other illnesses
User :   I am perfectly healthy

Doctor :   You have symptoms of infection,
Doctor :   Its too early to say, what type of infection it is unless there are test done.

Doctor :   Viral infections are self limiting illness which resolve spontaneously in a few days.

Doctor :   1. Continue with paracetamol tablets as and when you get fever.
Doctor :   2. Ibuprofen tablets twice a day for 2-3 days if you body aches and headaches are severe. Use these tablets after food
Doctor :   3. Antihistaminics for nasal congestion may be needed if the congestion is severe.
Doctor :   4. Watch out for symptoms such as
Doctor :   nasal bleeding, rashes, burning sensation when passing urine
Doctor :   If you develop these symptoms, its necessary that you consult your doctor as you may need few test
Doctor :   5. If the symptoms are persisting for more than 5 days, you may have to report to your doctor - physician for further evaluation and antibiotic medications.
