Doctor :   Hi
User :   hello doctor
User :   did you get to see my complaint
User :   here it is anyway - hi i am a male 30 yrs old i have a burning sensation in my nipples everytime i work out and sweat a lot this used to generally vanish after a while; but this time, it has been continuously burning for about 2 days
Doctor :   Yes i got it now
User :   ok
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms?
User :   none doctor
User :   this generally happens whenever i play/ workout and sweat a lot
User :   but this time it stayed on for about 2 days
User :   now it has subsided on its own
User :   but still the nipples do get erect every now and then
Doctor :   is it restricted to a particular nipple or does it happen in both?
User :   it happens in both
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   Do you have any other disorders?
User :   well, none doctor, i am a patient of psoriasis though
User :   that is also well under control
Doctor :   Have you ever got such a problem before?
Doctor :   Since when exactly is this problem from?
User :   As i said, i tend to have this problem whenever I sweat a lot; but this was the first time that it stayed that long and the nipples were erect for such a long time
User :   this problem was there since monday
Doctor :   When one exercises, there is something called sympathetic stimulation
Doctor :   due to this, hairs stand erect- goosebumps, pupils of eyes dilate etc..
Doctor :   The nipples too have receptors for the adrenaline that is released during exercise
Doctor :   In your case there is an exaggerated response
Doctor :   This is the only logical explanation I can offer.
Doctor :   It is'nt of concern if it last just a few more days
Doctor :   In case it persists beyond a week or so
Doctor :   then you must visit a dermatologist/skin specialist
User :   ok
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?
User :   thank you
