User :   I'm a 19 year old female, average weight about 5'4. I have a history of drug abuse but that was in 2005 and I quit in 2006, and it was a cocaine addiction. I've been clean since then, but for about a year, I'll get the feeling of an adrenaline rush out of nowhere, while i'm driving or just sitting somewhere, and it makes me really irritated and agitated and i'll start getting jittery and that lasts about 30 minutes to an hour and then after the feeling surpasses, I get extremely weak and tired and can't eat. It usually happens about once every couple months or so and is irregular, it doesn't happen the same time every couple months. Lately it happend twice within a couple weeks. I thought it might be anxiety attacks, but i don't have none of the other symptoms. Can you help??
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Let me read the query.
Doctor :   Can you describe the symptoms that you have during the attacks?
User :   it feels like an adrenaline rush and i get irritated so I start biting the inside of my lip and then it lasts like 30 min to an hour and i'll get minor body aches then it just goes away. It leaves me really weak and tired
Doctor :   Do you have any factors that are precipitating these attacks?
Doctor :   * I mean do you notice any factors?
User :   not that I know of, it just happens out of nowhere like when I'm driving or I could just be sitting somewhere watching tv, sometimes loud noises makes it start to come on, but if I walk away from the loud noises it goes away ...... but there's not always loud noises around.
User :   Sometimes I feel paranoid when I get the attacks too
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Let me explain it to you.
User :   ok
Doctor :   These are probably minor panic attacks.
Doctor :   A little more information about you is required to help you better.
Doctor :   Can I proceed?
