User:i was having headache, and consulted dr, and he said that ( after asking many question) it is because of acidity and need to do some excise or walking

User:my office timinig is 8am to 5pm. Morning i start from my home at 6.45am after having breakfast

User:now my question is is it OK if i have breakfast at home around 6.15am and reach office at 7.15am do the 40min walk

User:it means give 1hr gap after breakfast and do the walk
User:yes, as we have big campus and there is enough space to walk
